Workshop Supervisor: |
| 
|
Preferably with 3 yrs. minimum experience as a Workshop Supervisor |
| 
|
Perform scheduled maintenance on trucks and other equipments including inspections, repairs and testing |
 |
Sees to it that all heavy equipments are in good working conditions |
 |
Oversee staff work in accordance to company standards and procedures. |
 |
Overseeing workshop activities, including objectives and deadlines; |
 |
Properly coordinate on the needed spare part requests and other purchases. |
 |
Maintain proper labeling and inventory of all tools heavy equipment. |
 |
Monitor and check the status of all trucks and heavy equipment and give recommendation for improvements. |
 |
Ensuring the workshop and staff are operating in a neat and professional manner; |
 |
Knowledge in administrative procedures, including purchasing and budgeting |
 |
With strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, and the ability to manage / designate tasks, train apprentices and maintain an effective team environment. |
 |
Background in providing training to apprentice |

|
Mechanics: |
| 
|
He must have a mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills and who are at least 18 years old and in good physical condition. |
| 
|
He must have at least 3 to 4 years of on-the-job experience in diesel and gas vehicle preferably Mercedes and Scania Trucks. |
 |
He can perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all trucks and equipments. |
 |
He can troubleshoot and repair transport and heavy equipment, maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), Complete daily maintenance and repair logs |
 |
He can maintain and secure work tools, clean and maintain work area. |
| 
|
He must have a certification in specific areas of truck repair, such as drivetrains, brakes, suspension and steering, electrical and electronic systems, or preventive maintenance and inspection. |
| 
|
He must have a driver’s license to test-drive trucks or buses on public roads. |

|
| Riggers: |
| 
|
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years experience in rigging services company especially in an Oil Refinery |
| 
|
Rigger Certification (1&2) required |

Rigging Training Course required |

Valid Driver License (if any) |

|
Bus Drivers: |
 |
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Bus Companies, required to submit employment certificate on their previous companies. |
 |
Holds a valid Heavy Vehicle Driver License in his respective country and Saudi Driver License (if any). |
 |
Physically fit and at least maximum of 45 years of age |
